2 Bedroom Sea view Villas from 2500 Baht per Night( Plus Government room tax and VAT if applicable)
Longer term rentals weekly or monthly are available POA

PAYMENTS

50% Deposit payable upon booking all payment to be in Thai Baht. Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit
Balance of rental monies payable at Check-In-Date. Except November, December, January, February is due 30 Days before Check-In Date

OUR REFUND POLICY:

25% of rental on cancellation 60 days or more prior to Check-IN.

15% of rental on cancellation between 60 – 30 days prior to Check-IN.

No refund on cancellation 30 days or less prior to Check-IN
